Young Adults Energy Clinic - Saturday, April 17, 4:30-5:45p

For pre-teen and teenagers to learn about how their energy, (thoughts, feelings, etc.) affects others and is affected by others.  

They will learn a simple meditation technique to help cope with overwhelming emotions, and to feel more grounded, safe and secure (and more self-love). 

They will learn about healthy boundaries, including the importance of respect for self and others, and will be introduced to the concept of ‘non-violent’ communication.  

They will also receive some energetic healing to help everything they learn on the conscious level to be retained on the deep unconscious level as well.
